To provide healthcare to the large increase in population we experience during the summer months we plan for the extra workload by having a mobile surgery available to all patients, especially those that are visiting the area and are not registered at the practice.
Visiting this surgery you will be asked to complete a form with your name, normal address, holiday address and means of contact. It helps if you have your doctors name and contact number and any medicines that you may be taking.
We will be based in Bude Rugby Club Car Park, Bencoolen Meadow, Bude. EX23 8QG. 26 July – 3 September 2010
