PRACTICE NURSES

Practice Nurses Joanne Crocker, Jo Hutt, Ann Stevens and Julie Hesketh are available by appointment. They undertake wound care and dressings, removal of stitches, routine vaccinations, injections, blood pressure, urine checks, advice about diet and how to stop smoking.

  • Cytology
  • Respiratory conditions
  • Travel immunisations
  • Child immunisations
  • Freezing warts and verrucae
  • Ulcers
  • Minor surgery
 

If you are going to be travelling abroad, requiring travel immunisations, please contact the Practice Nurses well in advance of your date of travel (ideally 2 months) for a travel vaccination form so that they can ensure that you are properly immunised before you leave.

CERTIFIED PHLEBOTOMIST
Gill Rowe, Alyson Cole and  Susan Drew provide a support service to the Practice Nurses by taking blood samples
